Biography

CIPD

I provide consultancy, facilitation and coaching services to develop and strengthen individual, team and organisational effectiveness. At the heart of what matters most to us at work is the relationships we have with our co-workers, and in particular our line managers. Whether we are in a junior role, or CEO; if the line manager relationship isn't working well, at the very least people are not at their most effective. My focus is on creating the conditions for people to develop quality relationships, think for themselves and to use a range of methods to make sense of culture.

I also coach and mentor other consultants, and partner with HR and L&D teams to develop internal Organisational Development Capability.

I write a regular blog, and contribute artcles to various publications. My OD methodology and approach is described in an article written for the NHS in 2014 which has been widely read by members of the OD community within the NHS.

In 2016, I wrote an article for Training Zone exploring the relationship between L&D and OD which proved to be their most popular article for the year.
