Maureen Harte is a Certified Medical Technologist, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Myers-Briggs Training Institute (MBTI) Instructor. Maureen spent 11 years training and mentoring Johnson & Johnson customers and employees through Lean implementations and Six Sigma transformations prior to opening her own consulting service in order to bring the success of Lean Six Sigma to multiple industries. Her students’ projects total over $40 million dollars in savings.
