Matt White

As Senior Vice President of Payor Relations, Matt White, has more than 10 years of healthcare strategy and operations leadership experience. He leads all payor strategy, engagement, negotiation and contracting for Retina Consultants of America.

Matt’s career spans both health plan and physician services strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operations leadership roles. Over the last decade, he has specialized in Medicare advantage and Managed Medicaid health plan and risk-based care delivery organizations. He is known for bringing diverse teams of clinicians and operators together with a focus on consumerism to drive innovation and superior clinical and financial performance under advanced payment models.

Prior to Retina Consultants of America, Matt held a variety of leadership roles responsible for strategy and innovation, member growth and performance, and clinical and operational excellence in Population Health. He brings P&L accountability, operational rigor and discipline, and acquisitions and integration experience to RCA.

Matt enjoys spending time traveling with his wife Jill, and their children.
