Mark Roellig is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MassMutual Financial Group. He is responsible for all legal affairs of the Company and advises management and the board of directors to ensure that MassMutual complies with corporate governance requirements and safeguards the interests of their policyholders. He is also responsible for the corporate secretary, corporate compliance, internal audit, government relations departments of MassMutual. Previously, Mr. Roellig served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Storage Technology Corporation, a data-storage-solution company. There, he was responsible for all legal and public-policy issues and also supported the activities of the board of directors while simultaneously managing worldwide marketing and corporate strategy activities. Prior to joining Storage Technology, Mr. Roellig served in various legal positions and practiced civil litigation in a Seattle law firm.
