Biography
Mark Myers is the director of investments at Stifel. He joined in December 2015 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Barclays wealth and investment management, Americas, and he joined Barclays in September 2008 as part of its acquisition of the Lehman Brothers private investment management business. Myers started his career in 1983 with the private client services division at Lehman Brothers.
With more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry, Myers leverages his understanding of wealth management and the global markets to provide clients with strategic and tactical asset allocation advice, as well as guidance in investment manager selection and alternative investments. He works closely with clients of diverse backgrounds, including individuals, families, small business owners, corporations, foundations and endowments.
Myers is active in the local community and serves on the board of trustees’ sub-committee for Planned Giving at DePaul University. He is past president of the Kenilworth-Winnetka Baseball Association, where he has been a member for more than 12 years. He teaches courses on alternative investments at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
