Ashridge Executive Education

I specialise in business design, helping organisations define, design and deliver the business and IT architecture to execute strategy. I co-lead PA's work on sustainability and circular economy, helping organisations define, design and deliver changes that lead to triple-bottom line success - profit, people and planet. Our belief is that a sustainability lens provides a guide to future commercial success.

My consulting and industry experience has included work in financial services, pharma, utilities, construction and engineering, manufacturing, central and regional government and their agencies, health, higher education, regulators and complaints bodies.

I co-deliver a three day course at Ashridge Business School on Designing Operating Models - and am a co-author of the Operating Model Canvas book.

Specialities: Business Design, Operating Model Design, Business Transformation, Circular Economy, Sustainability, Innovation, disruption, Business Model, Organisation Design, Target Operating Model, Simplification
