I have over 15 years of business experience within the pharmaceutical industry in positions ranging from Product Manager to Business Unit Manager to Innovation Manager. In the latter, I have driven a transformational process to embed an innovative mindset, process, tools, and ways of working within AbbVie Netherlands.
I founded The Blue Flamingo, designed to empower small and big teams to unlock their creativity for more business impact.
Being born and raised in Paris I am trilingual in Dutch–English–French.
