Marihelen Esam

A serial entrepreneur who has bought, owned and managed a number of small businesses, Marihelen specialises in working with owner/managers to develop and then implement a strategy which delivers personal and business goals. In her early career she owned and sold a publishing company, public relations consultancy, advertising agency, film making business, delicatessen, jeweller, travel agent and two farms. She has worked on Cranfield programmes for nearly 20 years and currently advises a small portfolio of private clients as well as programme leader on Business Growth Programme and Essential Management.
