Biography
Marie-Hélène Millie is an ESCP EUROPE's affiliate professor teaching on the Paris Campus : she teaches Financial Accounting, Management Control and Human Resource Controlling.
Graduated from ESCP EUROPE, she also passed the "Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières".
Marie-Hélène Millie first practiced as management controller in a major French media group, where she implemented various management control tools and was active payer in numerous strategic projects. Afterward, she decided to become an independant consultant, and founded her own consulting and training company in 2008.
Her fields of expertise include social management controlling (links between management control and human resources) in international environment : social dashboards, payroll management and budgeting, compensation policy, international social reporting, and human resources approach as part of CSR plan.
She has been working in various sectors, particularly in industrial and healthcare sectors.
In addition, Marie-Hélène is also member of the board of the Corporate Association IPSOC (Institut du Pilotage Social) , on the behalf of which she runs think tanks regarding HR management control topics.
