Marian Goodman

Marian directs Programs and Capacity building for the Presencing Institute, working closely with Otto Scharmer in designing and delivering training programs and innovation labs around the world - including Presencing Foundation and Advanced Programs (Brazil, South Africa, Germany, Australia, Asia, USA); and international cross-sectoral labs such as the ‘Global Wellbeing Lab – Transforming Society & the Economy’, a collaboration with the GIZ Global Leadership Academy (Germany) and the GNH Centre (Bhutan).

She is an Associate Facilitator for Leaders Quest (UK), delivering Leadership Learning Journeys in India, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Mozambique, Palestine/Israel, among others, in order to broaden the frame of responsible leadership and social impact.

In South Africa, Marian designs and leads executive education programs for Graduate Schools of Business and numerous clients in business, government and civil society. She is an Executive Coach qualified in the Thinking Environment™ (UK), which fosters independent, solution-oriented thinking in individuals and teams. Marian has a post-graduate degree from the University of Cape Town, speaks a number of languages, and has her home in Cape Town.
