Business consultant and research professor in the areas of Leadership, Culture and Strategic People Management. Pioneer in Brazil in studies on Trust and Leadership in Organizations. Professor at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas since 2010. Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2006 to 2011, currently visiting professor.

Speaker at the HSM Forum on Leadership and Strategy. Doctor in Management from the University of Magdeburg, Germany. Master in Business Management from EBAPE/FGV. Associate Professor at Georgetown University (USA) and at ESADE (Spain) and Univ. from Magdeburg (Germany).

Managing Partner of Symbállein, a company specialized in the strategic diagnosis of organizational culture and intangible assets (www.symballein.com.br ). Educational projects for executives developed in several large companies in Brazil and abroad.
