Magda David Hercheui

Magda David Hercheui is the Programme Director for the MSc Management and an Associate Professor (Education) in Project Management and Innovation at the UCL School of Management. She has a PhD in Information Systems (2007) and an MSc in New Media, Information and Society (2004), both from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), an Executive MBA in Finance (1998), a BA in Economics (1993) and a BA in Journalism (1987). She has professional certifications in project management (APMP, Prince2, MoR, MSP, Agile DSDM), and a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCertHE) from LSE. She is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), and a Senior Fellow of The Higher Education Academy. Her scholarship is in the areas of knowledge management and social media, focusing on knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the governance structures of online collectives. She has participated in conferences and published articles in academic journals and books. She has edited two academic books.
