Today, I am convinced that we cannot run our companies like we did five years ago. In this complex and fast-changing world, we need to reinvent ourselves as leaders, develop new skills, organise our companies differently and develop a digital culture. In my role as CEO of Plantyn, I achieved great financial, digital and people results by using a new holistic approach to transform the company. Today, I have decided to follow my passion and help other leaders adapt more peacefully to this fast-changing world with great impact. I developed an online course about leading authentically in digital times for Solvay Brussels School. It is designed to become successful in fast-changing digital times without exhausting yourself, others or feeling squeezed.
