Lynne Morton is a globally recognized expert in talent management and leadership coaching with over 25 years of consulting experience, spanning a wide range of industries. She is an HCI faculty member facilitating a range of courses. Her relationship with HCI began in 2007.

Formerly president of Performance Improvement (PI) Solutions, Inc. and Director at PwC, Lynne received the 2009 HR Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai.

She is now an adjunct professor of Human Capital & Leadership at NYU, a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and an Advisor for Astia. Lynne has been featured in publications and books around the world (e.g., The Financial Times, The Human Factor India, HRM Singapore, Strategy & Business). Her many publications include the seminal research studies Integrated & Integrative Talent Management and Talent Value Imperatives, both published by The Conference Board and cited as “Best” by ExpaticaHR. She has also been a featured speaker at global/national conferences (e.g., Human Capital Institute London Summit, IHRIM Global Summit, TCB’s Women’s Leadership Conference), at professional association meetings. (e.g., Multi-Cultural Women’s Leadership Conference), and has delivered talent management-related workshops in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, China, Brazil, South Africa, and the U.K.

Lynne holds a B.A. degree, with honors, from Vassar College, an M.A. from Georgetown University, and coaching certification from IPEC. She is also certified in the ELI, Lominger, and DiSC tools.
