I am an advocate of sound corporate governance and ESG strategy for companies around the world. After years of corporate career with executive roles in finance and strategy, I founded Boardroom&Beyond as an online education platform where I can share my own experience and my dialogue with business leaders regarding corporate governance and ESG implementation best practice and challenges from different countries, and spreading great ideas around world! My dream is helping global business world understand the root causes of different governance models and business practices in different part of the earth, and inspiring business leaders to find solutions for global growth obstacles.

▪ I devote time on research projects regarding China corporate governance development and ESG implementation, and its possible replication in other emerging market countries. I contribute my research work to Emerging Market Institute at Cornell University.

▪ I had held positions as a CFO, VP of Strategy and board director, I have been recognized for forging global policies to ensure the creation of strategic alliances to deliver smooth transitions in mergers and acquisitions. My work directing private and public companies across industries has given me broad insight to drive international operations. I drove fundraising efforts and secure vital contributions to ensure the continuity of operation. I have delivered sound advice and steered businesses in the right direction, enabling them to overcome barriers to global growth. As needed, I have introduced all of the necessary legal documentation for business operations, ensuring documents align with bylaws and regulatory frameworks.
