Luis Mirosa Martínez

After graduating in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1976, he has practised private law, specialising in company law, with his own practice as of 1978. Since 1981 he has taught at ESADE on several programmes, notably the BBA, management development programmes and masters.
He has taught on several programmes organised by the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), which he has also represented on various occasions at the congresses of the French Commercial Courts. He was creator and director of the ICAB cAmpus Masters in Corporate Law from 2004 to 2008. For seven years (1997-2004) he was professor of Corporate Law at the ICAB School of Legal Practice.
