Lou Silverman has a 15 year track record of success as CEO in health care information technology and health care services companies, translating a passion for the transformative benefits of innovative health care solutions into successful clinical and commercial organizations. His experience in building nimble companies that enable high quality care, drive intelligent growth and serve as catalysts for evolutionary industry change is at the heart of his vision for Advanced ICU Care. Silverman has committed Advanced ICU Care to working innovatively and collaboratively with its hospital partners and their bedside teams to bring the promise and positive outcomes of tele-ICU and telehealth services to the patients and families we jointly serve.

Prior to joining Advanced ICU Care, Silverman ’s deep experience with innovative health companies, each among the early leaders in pioneering new HCIT and health care services markets, informs Advanced ICU Care’s focus. Pursuing a strategy of building organizations designed to deliver sustained success, Advanced ICU Care is continually investing and reinvesting in its clients, staff and infrastructure to ensure continued innovation and ongoing sector leadership. During his tenure at two of his prior companies, Silverman’s companies were named to Forbes Magazine’s list of 200 Best Small Public Companies for a total of 15 consecutive years.

In addition to his leadership role at Advanced ICU Care, Silverman serves on the board of directors for a variety of health care-related companies, both public and private. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA in American Studies (cum laude) from Amherst College.
