Lonneke Roza

Lonneke Roza (PhD) is Manager Community Investment at NN Group, leading the team that is responsible for all investing for impact initiatives at NN Group. At NN, we pledge to invest 1% of our operating result before tax by 2023. The flagship programme is NN Future Matters in which we support people with their financial well-being. Especially when this requires an extra helping hand, for example, due to debt, job loss, limited education opportunities or a lack of insight into financial matters. We, among others, partner with Junior Achievement to create economic opportunities, especially for those young people that lack resources or opportunities.

Next to her position at NN, Lonneke is board-member of three corporate foundations (KPN Foundation, Vattenfall Foundation and Facilicom Group Foundation) and is a lecturer at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Previously, Lonneke was Assistant

Professor at this university where she obtained her PhD in 2016 on Employee engagement in Corporate Social responsibility. She published two books, more than 50 articles and has been featured in (international) media for her research.
