Biography

Alexandra LOISELET is affiliate professor at ESCP Europe, Paris Campus, for the Executive Programme on subjects related to Finance and Corporate Governance. She also acts as an independent consultant to insurance players, especially on mergers and acquisitions, and as a venture partner for funds dedicated to FinTechs and InsurTechs. After graduating from ESCP management school and a university doctorate in Finance, she spent most of her carreer in the insurance and asset management industries, alternatively head of audit, accounting, customer service back-office, strategy, development, business management (subsidiaries). She has more recently developed a specific competence in corporate governance and boards.
