Lisa Ruston

Lisa is an experienced health care executive with over 35 years working in the hospital & health care industry. She is skilled in Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, Coaching, Mentoring, and Public Speaking. Lisa has a strong human resources background with experiences that include career development coaching, provincial labour relations negotiations, non-union job evaluation, and corporate succession management. Lisa has consulted with local organizations focusing on the recruitment of Executives in the Not-For-Profit sector and has served on the Board of Hospice Peterborough for two consecutive terms. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in OB and Marketing from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) from the University of Saskatchewan. She obtained her Alternative Dispute Resolution Workshop Certificates Parts 1 and 2 through the faculty of law at the University of Windsor.
