Biography

Lionel Strub has a PhD in health psychology and is currently carrying on with his research at Grenoble école de Management. His doctoral thesis and research focus on designing MBI (Mindfulness-Based Intervention) and implementing these programs within the context of mental health promotion and work psychological wellbeing improvement. In particular he investigates the sociocognitive perspective of mindfulness with a view to integrating this approach in the field of leadership. The development dimension of his research work is supported by thorough fundamental research on the construct of mindfulness, and more especially on its process dimensions and underlying information-processing mechanisms.
