DeGroote School of Business

Linda Morgan, MA, CTDP, HSDP describes herself and a lifelong learner, teacher and people advocate.

Her studies have led her to complete a Masters degree at age 40, to continue her studies as an Organizational Relational Systems Coach and to take endless French classes in the hopes of one day becoming bilingual.

Being a people advocate has become the foundation of her practice that touches on culture transformation, large-scale complex change, teaming, stakeholder/employee engagement, and organization design. For over 15 years, she has been Managing Partner of The Clic Effect, has worked with Manulife as Director of Change Management and Organization Design for North America and is currently Organizational Development Program Manager for UX at Shopify.

Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and experience finds her teaching at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University Executive Education, Emerging Health Leaders and MBA programs and speaking at the Conference Board of Canada, the Human Resources Professional Association, Your Workplace, and the Institute of Performance and Learning National conferences on topics ranging from culture transformation to integrating agile teams into traditional organizations.
