Garnering more than 20,000 hours conducting communications and leadership workshops, I am a much sought-after senior executive coach and communications consultant. I have counselled and coached heads of state, Central bankers, senior government officials and many top executives throughout the Asia-Pacific region. My trainees also include Hollywood actors, Miss World and Buddhist monks! I am also the first accredited Multipliers Workshop Leader in China. In addition, I am a certified Results Trained Coach by the Neuro Leadership Institute. With a passion for improvisation theater, I now employ improv theater games in corporate team-building and communication workshops. I also support Beijing’s first home-grown Chinese improv comedy troupe: People’s Republic of Improv.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, I have conducted numerous issues management, media and presentation skills training for senior executives of major local and multinational corporations in various industries such as hospitality, airlines, technology, energy, pharmaceutical and financial. I have significant issues and crisis management experience including working such areas as labor negotiations and strikes, corruption and other scandals, employee deaths, and animal rights issues.

I hold an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
