As the bilingual dairy specialist of the NWNY Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Team, Libby is responsible for coordination and implementation of educational programs and services for Spanish-speaking dairy workers and their employers. Some of her key responsibilities are to:

• Develop and deliver training programs, reference manuals and standard operating procedures in Spanish for dairy producers.
• Facilitate and foster a higher level of communication between dairy managers and Spanish-speaking dairy workers.
• Provide agri-business professionals (e.g., veterinarians, nutritionists, other consultants) a better means of adding value through cooperative Spanish language training.
• Provide information regarding Hispanic workforce management through NWNY Team newsletters and requested guest articles in other publications.
