Lee Harper

Lee Harper has been the executive director of the Phinney Neighborhood Association in Seattle since 2010 and has been working in the nonprofit sector, mostly in human services, for 20 years. She has a master’s in nonprofit leadership and was adjunct faculty at Seattle University for 10 years. She served on the Washington Nonprofits board and is currently on the King County Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy Advisory Board. She lives in Seattle with her partner and two dogs, and she is an avid photographer.
