David Eccles School of Business
Thomas Lee Boam has been at the University of Utah since January 2007. Prior to this, he was a United States Foreign Service officer (Diplomat). During his diplomatic service he served in Germany, the former German Democratic Republic (East Germany), Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, and Canada.Lee’s teaching and research interests are in two areas. Organizational behavior. Lee’s research has focused on leadership in small groups.The second area is international business. Lee has focused primarily on doing business in China, an area in which he has spoken published a widely.Education
