More than 20 years experience in support activities and functions as Entrepreneur and Executive to major Global Corporations as Nokia and ENEL. Broad international experience in human resources management, development, training, recruiting, leadership, tutoring and mentoring as well as organizational development and consulting.

I co-operate as Executive Coach and Counselor with Global Corporations and major Coaching Companies to support organizations in achieving their targets through the development of leaders, key people and teams. I also maintain a personal coaching and counselling practice with individuals. I coach in both Italian and English.
