Patrice LAROCHE is professeur agrégé des Universités at the IAE of Nancy. A specialist in labor relations and human resources management, he has notably been a visiting professor at Cornell University (ILR School), at UC Berkeley (Institute for Research on Labor and Employment) and at the London School of Economics and Political Science. (Centre for Economic Performance). From 2008 to 2013, Patrice Laroche also headed the European Center for Research in Financial Economics and Business Management (CEREFIGE, EA 3942). Honorary member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF), his research focuses more particularly on the effects of trade union activity on company performance. He is the author of several contributions in collective works and numerous articles published in scientific journals. (ILR Review, Industrial Relations: A Journal of Economy and Society, British Journal of Industrial Relations, European Journal of Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management). He is also the author or co-author of several books including: "GRH: Theories and new practices of the HR function" (2019), "GRH and labor relations" (2018) published by De Boeck and "The Economics of Trade Unions: A Study of a Research Field and its Findings” (2017) published by Routledge. Since November 2017, he has been a member of the work orders evaluation committee coordinated by France Stratégie.
