Singularity University

Laila Pawlak is a faculty member and moderator at SU as well as the co-founder & CEO of SingularityU Denmark. 

As the CEO of SingularityU Denmark Laila heads up a 75.000 square foot innovation hub based in Copenhagen including a variety of educational programs, accelerator programs, the Scandinavian faculty, maker space, biolab, and co-working for both startups and corporates leveraging exponential technologies for positive impact.

Laila is passionate about human centered design and along with her partner Kris Oestergaard, Laila is the author of The Fundamental 4s: How to Design Extraordinary Customer Experiences in an Exponential World as well as they published the Danish version of the bestseller Exponential Organizations.

Laila is a sought after speaker on customer experiences, entrepreneurship, corporate innovation and the exponential mindset. She has a background as a corporate intrapreneur, more than a decade as a successful entrepreneur and holds a strong voice for bridging the two worlds. Among others she has launched the highly successful accelerator thinkubator; a corporate, crowdfunded accelerator program that helps corporates work with entrepreneurs and establish their own incubator to kickstart innovation, leverage technology and deep dive into the exponential mindset. Similarly, she co-founded the award winning innovation hub DARE2mansion; a  Professional Playground in Copenhagen, which serves as an incubator, co-working, and event space where entrepreneurs, businesses, and academia come together to create disruptive businesses and scale positive impact.

Laila has been awarded the prestigious_ Experience Management Achievement Award_, been recognized as one of the most talented business executives in Denmark, and has been nominated for Female Entrepreneur of the year twice. She is an active angel investor, board member and advisor to politicians and organizations alike through numerous appointed positions.
