Biography

Aalto University School of Business

My research interest is on value co-creation. More specifically, I have been and still am investigating - the determinants of co-creation demand - the enabling factors of co-creation - as well as the downsides and behavioral outcomes of value co-creation. I earned my doctorate degree from EBS Business School, Germany. My dissertation examines firms' and consumers' preference for nonownership (i.e. rental) services and explores factors that help mitigating misbehavior in nonownership service use. Here at Aalto University, I teach New Product Development at Bachelor-level, as well as Consumer Psychology at the Master-level. I am also responsible teacher in one of the Bachelor Thesis seminars. In addition, I have experience and like teaching Applied Marketing Management, Relationship Marketing, and Market Research Methods.
