Kristin Pardue is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rêve Consulting. She is a corporate veteran, entrepreneur, and social change leader. Kristin spent the first two chapters of her career working for General Mills, General Electric, and Carlson in finance, operations, and strategy roles. In 2009, she followed her entrepreneurial vision, co-founding Rêve (fr. dream) to help industries faced with disruption not only survive but thrive by innovating for their most valuable asset: their customers.

Over the past ten years, she and her team have built a new breed of consultancy, one that is human-centered at its core, and integrates strategy, design, and digital capabilities to serve organizations in healthcare, retail, financial services, and beyond. Her team has created boundary-pushing approaches to innovate exceptional customer experiences, services, and new businesses. Kristin also enjoys coaching executives to help them champion and execute customer-centric transformations.

Kristin earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA from Wheaton College in business and economics. She has received awards from The Jefferson Awards Foundation, The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal, and Twin Cities Business Magazine. Kristin is a board member of Rêve Academy, an innovative digital out-of-school program for youth, which Kristin co-founded with her husband, Brad Von Bank. She is also a founding partner in a virtual reality platform company called Roomera.
