Kim Deese has over 40 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a BS in Nursing from Jacksonville University, an AA from St. Leo University, and a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management Administration from the American Intercontinental University. She has held a variety of administrative positions from nursing and clinical operations to Chief Information Officer. Ms. Deese served as CNE of a ranked hospital in Los Angeles. While at Woodland Memorial, the facility stood out in the Dignity Health network of 39 hospitals in the areas of quality and patient experience. Prior to entering the field of executive leadership, Ms. Deese also proudly served in the U.S. Naval Reserves on both active and inactive duty, being honorably discharged in 2000.
