Ms. Amos is general counsel for Shannex Inc. Previously, she practiced law with a large regional law firm where she represented and provided advice to pension plan sponsors, administrators and employee groups. She has advised clients in relation to legislation and regulation, pension plan interpretation and compliance issues, pension plan amendments and governance issues, and drafting pension plan and trust documents. Ms. Amos has also advised on employee benefit plans, including benefit entitlement as well as interpretation and human rights issues. She also represented clients in pension litigation and arbitration cases. Prior to law school, she practiced as a clinical dietitian for nearly ten years.
