Kevin L. Ball

Kevin L. Ball has over 15 years’ experience as a leadership consultant, coach, and trainer ranging from Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, biotech, and aerospace defense industries, to food and beverage manufacturing internationally. His programs help leaders guide rapid organizational change to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business and create happier teams.

In his current position as Director – Agile Coach at Fidelity Investments, Ball is responsible for all organizational scaling efforts across Fidelity’s Institutional domain.

Ball has a passionate belief that improving human behavior is the key to solving problems and providing value. Kevin is a sought out thought leader in the Agile Scrum space delivering professional leadership coaching, podcasts, workshops, and training sessions. He operates with a curious, empathetic, and active listening mindset that leads to better outcomes for clients and workshop participants.

In 2015, Ball founded Thinking Visibly Consulting LLC to help charter school leaders with implementing learning platforms and deliver customer service workshops and executive coaching to industry leaders.

Kevin teaches Professional Coaching, Agile and Registered Scrum Master, and Product Owner courses, and is a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
