Kevin Kan

Kevin Kan is a multi-award-winning Professional Coach and leader, specializing in Business, Executive & Leadership Coaching and is an elected member of the 2020 – 2021 International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter Executive Committee.

With a successful career spanning over 30 years in corporate and multinational organizations, Kevin has developed skills in general management, strategic and business development, product development, branding, marketing, distribution, channel management, customer servicing, payment solutions, customer experience and talent development & management.

Kevin has held management consulting and senior executive management positions in organizations such as AIMIA, American Express, Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, PwC Consulting, KPMG Consulting and Solution 6.

As the Singapore General Manager for HP Enterprise Services, Kevin led a business unit with over 1,200 employees. Leading and inspiring so many employees sparked his interest in talent and leadership development as a path to ensuring successful business execution and meaningful personal & career development.

As an executive & leadership coach and facilitator, Kevin has worked with public and private sector organizations delivering personal branding, team collaboration, leadership development and executive coaching programs for managers & senior executives. His leadership & management experience in diverse industries and roles enables him to relate to the challenges faced by his clients. He works with his clients to find an individual customized path to meet with goals & objectives and to deliver better business outcomes. Throughout his career, Kevin has strongly believed in using creativity to find solutions to situations & challenges faced by executives and he continues to use creativity in his work with clients.

Kevin has a Bachelor's degree in Economics (majoring in Accounting & Information Systems) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, USA. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CPA Australia and is a Mentor Coach & Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. Kevin is also a graduate of the Ultimate Coach Professional and the Executive Coach International Professional Coach programs. He is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified TEAM Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

Whilst based in Singapore, Kevin works with clients around the world including Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom & United States of America.
