Biography
Kevin Hill holds a PhD from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He has worked in negotiation and conflict management for many years. At HEC Montréal, he teaches at various academic levels, primarily courses he has designed to help students hone their negotiation skills.
He has also lectured at a wide range of university programs in Canada, the U.S., the Middle East and Asia. He has provided specialized training in negotiation and conflict management to private- and public-sector organizations, including large corporations, law firms, the United States Department of Defense and the United States Armed Forces as well as non-profit research foundations and college athletic associations.
His research earned him the Conflict in Context Award from the Academy of Management. He has also published papers in a number of prestigious journals, including the International Journal of Conflict Management, the Negotiation Journal, the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and Academy of Management Discoveries.
