Kevin joins CEBA after serving as Vice President Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Strategy at Nareit member Iron Mountain where he served as advisor to the CEO and global company leaders to develop and implement sustainable business strategies. Kevin and his team advanced solutions to a wide range of environmental and social challenges such as Green Building, Climate and energy, ESG reporting, corporate philanthropy and community engagement. IRM has been recognized by industry peers, Government agencies and international NGOs for ESG performance including Newsweek’s most responsible companies list, the RE100 Leadership Award and scoring a perfect 100 on the Human Right Campaign workplace equity scorecard. Prior to Iron Mountain Kevin lead sustainable business strategy at REI, the outdoor retailer.

Kevin has served in industry leadership roles including as inaugural Chair of Nareit’s RESC as well the advisory boards of Sustainable Brands, Net Impact, the University of Washington Center for Leadership and Social Responsibility. He has been an instructor in ESG and sustainable business at the Harvard Extension School MBA program and has authored or contributed to numerous articles and papers on sustainable business strategy and implementation. Kevin is based in Seattle, WA and received a BS from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY with a background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Sustainable Business from the Presidio Graduate School.
