Profile

​Dr Kerrin Myres is a Professional Associate and Research Associate at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

 

She is a consultant specialising in the design, implementation and evaluation of programmes designed to achieve sustainable behavioural change at the organisational, team and individual level. She has over 30 years of experience providing research, coaching and advisory services to businesses at all stages of development in a wide range of industries, in South Africa and English-speaking sub-Saharan Africa as well as Australia and New Zealand.

 

Kerrin is a Results-certified Executive Coach and has over 450 hours of experience coaching individuals and groups in corporates and entrepreneurial businesses. Her coaching approach is founded on Neuroscience, focussed on supporting clients to think more effectively about current reality and future potential. Kerrin also has extensive experience in designing and implementing peer coaching and mentoring programmes. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, where she is ACC accredited.

 

Kerrin has extensive facilitation experience, both in the context of her coaching and consulting work in organisational development and change programmes and in more traditional class-room settings. This has involved participants at all organisational levels – from CEO’s and successful entrepreneurs and factory workers in programmes for executive education, certificate, diploma, Masters and PhD levels.

 

In 2009, Kerrin was the first doctoral graduate from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria. She graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney Australia with an MBA in 1991, winning the Allan Knott Scholar Award for Academic Excellence.
