Stockholm School of Economics
Kenth Skogsvik has a PhD in Accounting from Stockholm School of Economics (1988) and joined the Accounting Department at the school in 1988. Since 1994 he holds the KPMG Chair in Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance. His primary research interests are concerned with bankruptcy prediction, accounting based firm and equity valuation, and stock market efficiency testing.

- Bankruptcy risk in valuation modeling and market pricing.
- The association between financial leverage and equity cost of capital.
- Fair valuation of pension liabilities with corporate taxes.
