Boston University

Ken Holt has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1983. He has been in private practice since 1994. With a PhD in Biomechanics, he has been working hard to try to understand the relationship between feet, biomechanics, and injury. As a full time member of the physical therapy and rehabilitation science faculties at Boston University since 1989, he has published over 50 peer-reviewed research articles on normal and dysfunctional walking and running. He has been invited to present his work often – at professional meetings, colleges and universities, hospitals and clinics, both nationally and internationally. His clinical interest in feet and related injuries to the legs and back arises from multiple sports injuries he incurred playing rugby and running marathons.
