Ken Welch

Ken is a Franchise Owner with Patrice & Associates, the largest and most successful Hospitality and Recruiting Agency in the industry. As a proven leader, Ken has developed, trained and overseen teams in various operating venues utilizing excellent communication, planning, motivational and management skills. He enjoys helping others reach their potential and accomplish life goals. Ken has had a nearly 30 year Facilities Management Career, within private industry in NY, and with public institutions in NJ. Now, also as an adjunct professor in the Martin Tuchman School of Management at NJIT, Ken is equipping students with new understanding and skills to help commercialize their accomplishments.
