Kathryn Cooper

A self starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and an ability to create change in large organizations. I've spent half my career in the US, the other half in Australia, gaining a valuable global perspective. An agency person at heart, I thrive on helping people do their best work and growing businesses.

In 2015 I established, and then led, WPP's Government & Public Sector Practice in Australia and New Zealand - sharing our global best practice work with practitioners across the region and advocating for the power of communications to deliver better policy outcomes in government. After a sabbatical in early 2019, I moved to Atlanta and rejoined the company to lead The Practice in the US.

I've managed large teams, operated independently and everything in between. I believe creative thinking, insight and the ability to constantly evolve are powerful differentiaters.
