Katheryn King is a corporate consultant with Lockheed Martin who brings over 30 years of experience working in diverse, global environments in functions of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Banking, Learning & Development with a specialization in Relationship Management. Currently, Katheryn acts as a corporate liaison to several diverse communities including the PRIDE LGBT Professional Network, PAAN, Professional Asian-American Network and Able & Allies.

Prior to joining the Lockheed Martin team, Katheryn was a Regional Vice President at US Bank for 15 years and managed the Department of Defense purchase card portfolio. Katheryn was selected to join the bank’s inaugural Diversity and Inclusion council and eventually chaired it.

Katheryn is a graduate of the Cornell Industrial Labor Relations School and holds the CCDP/AP credential, Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner.

Katheryn’s extensive world knowledge and travel can be attributed to her ten years of dedicated service to the U.S. Army as a Russian and French linguist. She is a decorated combat veteran and self-identifies as having a service-connected disability.

One of Katheryn’s greatest assets is her ability to use diversity of thought to create new ideas. She is a natural leader and has a unique brand and facilitation style. Katheryn has her own consulting firm, KK !deation LLC, where she is the President and Chief Ideation Officer.
