My research interest is at the intersection of micro-level, practice-based processes and cultural influences (such as institutional arrangements) on organizational leadership and safety. The objective of my PhD study is to examine the interplay between leaders'' safety understandings and organizational context in which these understandings are constructed and how leaders in the Danish construction industry influence worker’s safety practices and the organizational safety climate on construction sites.
