I facilitate transformative processes for individuals, groups, communities and organizations.

Specialties: High impact conferences, turning point board retreats, innovative community development projects, strategic communications. I work with world cafe, open space, appreciative inquiry and dialogue. I also use and teach inner work approaches or ways of working that are interior -- based in intuition, perception, intention and consciousness.
