She has been professionally active in a variety of fields. She is an independent researcher, freelance science writer and editor, university lecturer, consultant, translator, website administrator and web developer. She enjoys learning and exploring new fields of science.
She loves the freedom of working as a freelancer. She is always open to new challenges, experiences and changes in my life and profession, therefore she seizes the opportunities of the moment.
She is an imaginative and visual thinker with holistic perception mode - as most left-handers. She has a scientific mind but also a lot of interest in the humanities, like linguistics, cultural anthropology and painting.

Conversational AI: conversational agents for e-commerce. Design, implementation and evaluation of conversational agents' components (knowledge base, speech synthesis, human-computer interaction).
Text Mining: text mining analytics for scientific and commercial use. Research in computational linguistics, natural language processing, and text data analytics.
Chatbot metrics: costs and benefits of virtual assistants implementations. Evaluating available technologies of virtual assistants' development for e-commerce.
