Biography

Aalto University School of Business

My research is about how people and organizations work together to build complex artefacts of software that are the basis of the ongoing digital transformation. Especially I am interested in how development practices are created, adopted, used and how and why they are abandoned. Recently I have been thinking much of how these practices are affected by the massive infrastructures that are running in enterprises and globally in the internet. I believe that this is the key topic that needs to receive more attention from researchers.
