UW Professional & Continuing Education
Since 2001, Rotko-Wynn provides professional counsel and training to numerous nonprofit organizations from all sectors. She guides the philanthropic process from Strategic Planning to Development Assessments and Feasibility Studies to major Capital and Endowment Campaigns. She trains Volunteers and Staff on their role in building capacity and leads organizations through the cultivation and solicitation process.
Prior to The Alford Group, Rotko-Wynn spent five years as Director of Development and Capital Campaign for the Seattle Symphony during the completion of the $159 million Benaroya Hall Campaign. She worked as Corporate Campaign manager for Carnegie Hall from 1993-96 and served as Director of Development for Intiman Theatre in Seattle for ten years. Rotko-Wynn serves on the Foundation Board of the International Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a past-president and current board member of the AFP Washington State Chapter.
