Northwestern University in Qatar
Justin Kerr-Stevens is a communications practitioner and managing director of BLJ Worldwide’s communication team in the Middle East. For more than 20 years he has provided in-country advice to heads of state, foreign ministers, and senior officials across Australasia, Europe, and the Middle East and has led the design, development, and training of communication teams in Australia, the United Kingdom, Jordan, and Kazakhstan. As a senior advisor within the United Kingdom’s civil service, Justin worked across five ministries including Justice; Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; Health and Business, Innovation and Skills. He moved to Qatar to work alongside the Prime Minister’s office in the development and formation of Qatar’s Government Communication Office.
He holds a Master of Arts degree from Western Sydney University, sits on the Middle East advisory board for the Public Relations Communications Association, and is the Chairman of the Australian Business Group Qatar.
