Biography
Jürgen Mihm is an Associate Professor of Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD. His research interests are concerned with all management aspects of large engineering projects. He holds a Doctorate in Technology Management from Wissenschaftliche Hochschule Koblenz (WHU) and a joint degree in business and electrical engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch. Ing.) from Technische Universität Darmstadt. Prior to his position at INSEAD, Jürgen Mihm was a long standing consultant with McKinsey&Company, Inc. in Frankfurt. He has served mainly semiconductor and automotive clients. His specializations were Technology and Operations Management.

Jürgen Mihm is an Associate Professor of Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD. He serves as the Chair of the Technology and Operations Management area. His research interests focus on all management aspects of large engineering projects. He holds a Doctorate degree from WHU’s Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar, Germany, and a joint degree in Business and Electrical Engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch. Ing.) from Technische Universität Darmstadt. Jürgen Mihm is co-directing the Strategic R&D Management programme.
Prior to his position at INSEAD, Jürgen Mihm was a long-standing consultant with McKinsey&Company, Inc. in Frankfurt. He has served primarily semiconductor and automotive clients. His specialisations were Technology and Operations Management.
